Generally satisfied with the order. But there is one negative. Namely: the description of the goods is not very consistent. Much less than described. But for me it is not critical, because not much going to put there. It was packed in bag and film of thick izolona. Nothing in Perez does not hurt.

ну наконец-то пришли мои ящички, заказа 30 апреля, пришли 27 июня. продавец отвечал на все вопросы, присылал сканы отслеживания, но посылка не отслеживалась. продляли защиту. На почте сказали что она без номера отслеживания отправлена. Ну пришла, хорошо. Сами ящички очень хороши. Упаковка никакая, как они не разлетелись, не знаю. Один чуть покоцан, но и.к. я рада что хоть пришли, то спор решила не открывать. миниатюрные

Хотелось бы отметить плохую упаковку товара, и порекомендовать продавцу тщательнее оборачивать товар перед отправкой. Мне пришёл один сломанный ящичек. Был открыт спор, его стоимость возмещена. Посылка шла очень долго, 2 месяца. Трек не отслеживался.

Хорошенькая маленькая миленькая коробочка. Есть маленькая отколупость, но можно закрасить. Буквы хорошо пропечатаны. Хорошая штука, очень довольна. И пришло по указанному времени, хоть оно и было большим. Заказывала в первый раз и боялась, что не придет. Но рада, что с первого раза все дошло хорошо.

Доставка 15 дней до Мск. Трек отслеживается, товар описанию соответствует. Хотелось немного покрупнее, так как не все кашпо в него вылезают. Упаковка цела, дефектов не обнаружила. Рекомендую товар, с продавцом не общалась.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.
