How To Use:

Open lever toward the body.
Put the desired amount of tobacco in crease between rollers
Close lever, then use thumbs to turn roller downward several times.
Lay in paper between roller and lever, and make sure gummed side is facing you.
At this point moisten paper with tongue and use thumbs again to turn roller downward several times.
Open lever and enjoy your favorite smoke.

Oochen shipping and delivery. Packed ONLY to your cellophane and everything!!! Metal, one roll without Mount General was separately. IN general, product забракован, is just throw it out. Seller recommend: inspect the goods before shipment and good packing. Though product is cheap, it delivery in 15 times more expensive. The Seller sent the complaint and showed photo. Promised to repair the damage… Let’s see.

Sort of accurate. There were no side holes for the roller to slide itself onto as per some of the pictures posted here. The roller plastic has to be “worked out” a bit, before it can roll properly. Otherwise, good product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing support@kainlee.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
